Let us be your partner in planning a paint and sip fundraiser. Creating artistic masterpieces or custom Home Decor Projects under the tutelage of a local artist is sure to create excitement and encourage attendance… and the BYO wine doesn’t hurt either.
Don’t forget your favorite drinks and snacks
You’ll need to bring your favorite wines and other drinks. Don’t forget the snacks and appetizers. We’ll supply the silverware, plates, napkins and wine glasses. An added benefit of having your paint and sip fundraiser at Burgundy and Brushes … we take care of all the clean-up after your event.

Fundraiser General Rules
Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun when you host your event at Burgundy And Brushes. Your supporters will have a blast and you could raise up to $200 or more for your cause!
Here’s how it works:
There are no physical tickets to sell. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly at our website (www.BurgundyAndBrushes.com)
To book a fundraiser, we require you to pay a deposit of $100 (which will be refunded once the minimum sign up has been met). We require a minimum of 15 people in studio (25 people off site) and have pre-set workshop/class prices detailed below. After the event, Burgundy And Brushes will donate a portion of proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with the organization’s pay to name and address, and Non-Profit tax ID number.
**We have a maximum capacity of 30 seats in our main studio, and 24 in our petite studio. Either or both studios may be reserved for your event.
We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 15 seats so that the event is profitable for you. We will advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on social media outlets and in our newsletter.
Fundraisers may be scheduled Monday-Thursday anytime, or between 10am and 3 pm on Saturdays or Sundays. Fundraising classes or workshops last approximately 2 hours.

PRIVATE PARTY FEATURES
- Choose any art selection from our art gallery or select from our list of design options for Hammer & Stain DIY Workshops.
- Enjoy a private studio and private instructor for your event
- Schedule the party anytime Monday to Thursday, depending on size and studio availability
- Choose any music genre, or connect your device and use your own playlist
- We provide set up and clean up of art materials
- The studio is available 30 minutes prior to your class time to decorate

Hammer & Stain Fundraisers Only
Fixed price per person starts at $45 and up depending on your project selection. We recommend our Single Planks and Wood Rounds for $45 per person.
Donation percents will vary based on your choices, and number of guests. For Hammer and Stain workshops only, Burgundy And Brushes will donate the following back to the Non-Profit:

Canvas and Glass Fundraisers Only
Fixed price per person starts at $35 and up depending on your class selection. We recommend our 2 hour canvas class for $35 or our Wine Glass Class for $40 per person.
Donation percents will vary based on your choices, and number of guests. For canvas and glass workshops only, Burgundy And Brushes will donate the following back to the Non-Profit:
